Your storefront, in plain words.

FRONTROW is for creators based in Europe with an audience of about 5,000 followers or more on at least one platform. We may decline or close an account that does not fit the platform, at our discretion.

You choose the pieces on your storefront from the FRONTROW catalogue. The retailers sell the products, ship them and handle returns; FRONTROW is not the seller. Prices and availability come from the retailers and can change.

By publishing a storefront you allow FRONTROW to show, publicly and free of charge, your portrait, name, handle, bio, social links and your storefronts and the pieces in them - on your storefront page, on the FRONTROW homepage and main landing page, in the creator directory, on product pages (for example “kept by”), in emails, and in FRONTROW’s own posts and materials that promote the platform.

This permission lasts while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to, we take your picture and storefronts off the platform within 14 days. Material already published elsewhere before that (for example a past post) does not have to be removed. You confirm you own, or have the right to use, the picture and text you upload.

When someone buys through your storefront link, the retailer pays a commission to FRONTROW through its affiliate network. You receive 90% of that commission; FRONTROW keeps 10%. Each piece in the Studio shows an estimate of what you earn on it; the final amount is what the retailer confirms.

A sale becomes payable once the retailer has confirmed it and the network has paid FRONTROW - typically 30 to 70 days after the order. Cancelled or returned orders earn nothing. We pay your confirmed balance monthly by bank transfer (SEPA) once it reaches €100; below that it rolls over and never expires. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

Tell your audience that your links may earn you a commission, as the law in your country requires (for example #ad or “affiliate link”). Do not generate fake clicks or purchases, use bots, buy through your own links only to earn commission, or bid on retailers’ brand names in paid search. Commission earned this way is not paid and the account can be closed.

Brand names and product images belong to their owners. Use them only to present the products on FRONTROW.

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@front-row.co. Confirmed commission earned before that is still paid. We can close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can give it.

Your storefront lists the houses you shop. Brand names are the property of their respective owners and are listed as your personal preference: naming a house is not a claim to represent it, and no endorsement or partnership is implied by either of us.
