How we treat your details.

Who. The controller of your data is MGK Investment s.r.o., Zengrova 441/2, Kolín IV, 280 02 Kolín, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 24955566, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 446372. Write to us at hello@front-row.co about anything on this page.

What we collect when you join the list. Your email address, whether you joined as a shopper, creator or brand, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, your country and language as reported by your browser, and, where present, the page and campaign link that brought you here. We do not collect your name and we do not ask for it.

Why, and on what basis. To tell you about FRONT ROW’s opening, early access and product progress by email, because you asked us to. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you joined. You can withdraw it at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to us; withdrawing does not affect anything sent before.

Who helps us. Your details are stored with Supabase (database hosting, EU region) and mirrored to Resend (email delivery, EU region) so that we can send to you. Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Emails may record whether they were delivered, opened or clicked, which we use to keep the list clean and to understand what is worth sending.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, or until FRONTROW has launched and the list has served its purpose, at which point it is folded into your account if you have one and deleted if you do not. Unsubscribed addresses are kept only so we do not write to them again.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. One email to hello@front-row.co is enough for any of them.
